Ingredients
- 1 jar (24 oz.) DEL MONTE® Orchard Select® Cinnamon Spiced Peaches, drained
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- Vanilla ice cream
Preperation
- Place peaches and dried cranberries in 9-inch pie plate.
- Combine flour, sugar, oats, walnuts and cinnamon. Mix in butter until crumbly; sprinkle evenly over fruit.
- Bake at 425°F, 15 to 20 minutes or until topping is golden. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
