Ingredients
- 10 cups baby spinach
- 1 jar (24 oz.) DEL MONTE® SunFresh® Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey-Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup toasted walnut halves
Preperation
- Combine spinach, oranges, onion and avocado in salad platter.
- Blend together oil, vinegar and mustard; gently toss dressing with salad just before serving.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
