Ingredients
- 1 jar (24 oz.) DEL MONTE® Orchard Select® Sliced Pears
- 1 jar (24 oz.) DEL MONTE® Orchard Select® Sliced Cling Peaches
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, cut in halves
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 10 individual biscuits, cut in halves, or prepared shortcakes
- Vanilla ice cream
Preperation
- Drain fruits reserving 1-1/4 cups syrup. Dissolve cornstarch in reserved syrup in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened; cool. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine pears, peaches, strawberries, blueberries and syrup mixture; spoon over biscuit or cake. Serve with ice cream. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
