Ingredients
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 3 Tbsp. thinly sliced red onion
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice or vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup DEL MONTE® SunFresh® Citrus Salad
Preperation
- Combine spinach and onion in salad bowl.
- Blend oil, lime juice, honey and mustard.
- Toss salad with dressing. Arrange avocado and Citrus Salad over spinach. Garnish with toasted sliced almonds, if desired.
