Ingredients
- 2 jars (24 oz. each) DEL MONTE® SunFresh® Tropical Mixed Fruit
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1 pt. vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
Preperation
- Drain fruit reserving 3/4 cup syrup. Combine fruit, reserved syrup, honey, lime juice and lime peel.
- Blend yogurt with ginger. Serve fruit with dollop of ginger vanilla yogurt.
