Ingredients
- 1 jar (24 oz.) DEL MONTE® Orchard Select® Pears
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, divided
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 2/3 cup toasted walnut pieces
Preperation
- Drain fruit reserving 1/3 cup syrup.
- Combine reserved syrup, oil, vinegar and 1/4 cup blue cheese in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Set aside.
- Arrange salad greens on a large platter; top with pears. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing.
